A few years ago, I found myself in desperate need of a low-impact exercise to help manage the stress of my high-pressure job and improve my sleep. The physical demands of my work left me feeling exhausted, and I struggled to find relief from the constant stress. I turned to Tai Chi and discovered its profound benefits for both mind and body. However, finding a live Tai Chi class in my area proved challenging, and when I did find one, it often didn't always fit my schedule. On top of that, online Tai Chi classes were often prohibitively too expensive.

Many people face the same obstacles I did: high stress levels, poor sleep quality, and a lack of accessible, affordable exercise options. Live Tai Chi classes might not be available nearby, and when they are, they can be inconveniently scheduled.
